At Premiere Living Services, Supported Living Services (SLS) is designed for individuals who want to live in their own home while receiving the support needed to stay safe, stable, and moving forward.
We focus on building real independence over time. That starts with trust, consistency, and support that fits the person.
What Is SLS?
Supported Living Services is a Regional Center–funded program that provides ongoing, individualized support to adults living in their own home or apartment.
SLS is different from group homes or facility-based care. The individual chooses where they live, how they live, and what their goals are. Our role is to support that independence in a way that is practical, consistent, and sustainable.
Who Is This For
SLS may be a fit for individuals who:
- Are clients of a California Regional Center
- Want to live independently or are already living on their own
- Need ongoing support to maintain stability in their daily life
- Benefit from structure, guidance, and consistent support
This includes individuals who are:
- Transitioning out of the family home
- Looking to move into their own place
- Already living independently but need additional support

We meet to understand the individual’s goals, needs, and current situation. - Service Planning
