Responsibilities

Interns at Premiere Living Services support employees and the organization’s mission through hands-on experience in coaching, content creation, marketing, and community engagement. They shadow job coaches at various work sites, observing how they guide employees, provide feedback, and ensure tasks are completed correctly

Examples of Job Coach Shadowing Locations

These photos highlight the diverse workplaces where employees are placed and interns shadow job coaches, including kitchens, front desks, gyms, mailrooms, and office cleaning roles. Interns gain hands-on experience by observing and supporting employees in these settings, adapting to different tasks and workplace dynamics.

Intern work location

Employees here at the front of the hotel check in and greet guests. They also help with luggage assistance and parking management.

Gym and exercise Intern location

Employees at the recreation area manage around the location including the front desk, cleaning machines, replacing towels, etc. 

Family Medicine, Intern location

Employees here within the hospital clean offices through vacuuming and other services.

Dining Service Area, Intern location

Employees here move around the dining area vacuuming, sweeping and cleaning the carpet/tables.

Kitchen service location

Employees within the same dining area will also manage food stations through cooking, cleaning, plating, serving food, etc.

Mailroom, Intern location

Employees here in the mailing room will organize incoming mail into boxes, pass out letters, and overall decluttering of papers.
