Our Mission

We’re a temp agency for intellectually-challenged workers, but our mission goes much deeper. Our goal at Premiere Living Services is to become the go-to source for every differently-abled individual with a diagnosis in the Greater Los Angeles area, as well as a valuable service to universities seeking quality talent.

We challenge our staff to raise the bar on themselves with the experience, skills, and confidence they learn with us. They are held to the same basic standards as the rest of the employed world. As a result, they advocate more for themselves. And, they apply for jobs with or outside the University.

Brett’s intelligence with bio-chem is amazing. The second sentence he spoke to the team of scientists left them speechless because he was able to tell them exactly what they were doing in the lab. Without programs like Premier Living Services, his untapped talent would be wasted.

Nathan & Maya are looking to get married and start a family. They have the same dreams as any young couple, regardless of diagnosis.
